Agreement to Terms

By using the website and services of Guangdong Novalink Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "NovaLink", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website and services.

Description of Services

NovaLink is a professional cleanroom solution provider offering: GMP cleanroom sandwich panels, cleanroom doors and windows, cleanroom flooring, cleanroom equipment, VHP sterilization HVAC systems, and related engineering services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Intellectual Property

Our website, content, design, logos, text, graphics, software, images, and all other elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these materials without our express written permission.

Product Information and Pricing

We strive to ensure accuracy of product information but are not responsible for errors or omissions in product descriptions, images, or pricing. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

Product images and specifications may vary due to batch differences, production changes, or supplier changes. We reserve the right to replace or modify product specifications without prior notice.

Prices are subject to change due to raw material costs, exchange rate fluctuations, and other factors. Final prices are as confirmed at time of order.

Orders and Payment

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Varies by product. Standard cleanroom panels MOQ is 100 sqm, doors and windows start from 10 units. Refer to product pages or contact sales team for details.
  • Payment Terms: Standard: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Letter of Credit available for large orders.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins. Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Price Reservation: We reserve the right to adjust prices due to raw material price fluctuations.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms: We offer FOB, CIF, DDP and other shipping methods. Delivery time depends on order size and product specifications, typically: samples 7-10 days, small orders 15-20 days, large orders 35-45 days. Risk during transportation is borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or logistics delays.

Warranty Terms

  • • Cleanroom Panels: 10 years warranty
  • • Doors and Windows: 5 years warranty
  • • HVAC Equipment: 2 years warranty
  • • Electrical Components: 1 year warranty

Warranty does not cover issues caused by improper installation, abuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovaLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or costs of procuring substitute goods or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent people's courts of the People's Republic of China for resolution.
