Cleanroom Layout Checklist
Room Arrangement
Show each cleanroom, corridor, changing room, airlock, buffer room, warehouse, technical area, and support area.
Room Dimensions
Provide room length, width, ceiling height, wall height, and total project area where possible.
Cleanroom Grades
Mark the required cleanroom class or cleanliness requirement for each room if available.
Personnel Flow
Show how operators enter, change clothes, pass through airlocks, and move between cleanroom areas.
Material Flow
Show material entry, material exit, transfer path, pass box positions, and separation from personnel flow.
Door & Window Positions
Mark cleanroom door locations, door opening direction, flush window positions, and observation windows.
Equipment Positions
Show major equipment, process machines, pass boxes, air showers, FFU areas, HEPA terminals, and stainless-steel equipment.
HVAC Coordination
Indicate air supply points, return air routes, exhaust positions, pressure zones, fresh air, and technical ceiling requirements where possible.
