Description:
An Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a centralized air treatment device that processes air through filtration, temperature and humidity adjustment, purification and sterilization, delivering clean air that meets requirements for scenarios like operating rooms and cleanrooms. It is the core equipment for ensuring indoor environmental quality.
The cabinet frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles with a closed cavity structure, and its surface is anodized for enhanced corrosion resistance and a sleek appearance. The cabinet panels are double-sided insulation boards: the outer panel is a painted galvanized steel sheet with a protective film, and the interior is filled with high-density rigid polyurethane foam in one-time molding, available in thicknesses of 25mm or 50mm. An insulated anti-cold bridge structure is adopted between the inner and outer panels to ensure no cold bridge exists, and the product also features excellent sound insulation performance.
