The HEPA Filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) is a critical component in cleanroom air purification systems. It is designed to capture at least 99.97% of airborne particles ≥0.3μm, including dust, pollen, bacteria, and aerosols. Constructed with ultra-fine glass fiber media and a rigid aluminum or galvanized steel frame, it ensures stable airflow, low resistance, and high filtration efficiency.
